I may have overreached my limited knowledge of more "involved" flashlights by ordering a TorchLAB BOSS. I know there are sites out there with information about programming them, but are there any for dummies? Also, any sites about all the different components for those of us that are challenged? Not just TorchLAB, but many of the other pages leave me a little baffled as well.

'Fraid I can't help. I've worked in electronics technology and been a flashlight nut my whole life, but just contemplating the words 'flashlight' and 'programming' together (not gonna happen) is 'in over my head'.

Perhaps not the most rational reason for getting it, but the FT reminds me of a ghost spaceship from the first season of Scooby Doo.

If still available, do not activate bounce. It was possible early on in development that bounce could interfere with programming if set incorrectly. It is a cool feature though.
