Incoming - What do you have coming in the mail??

That's the way I do it too.
Uh huh, still backwards.

Are you illuminating something behind you? Are you ready to swing it in defense/offense and have the larger end keep it from slipping through your grip? There are a couple others, but those are the biggies.

It's backwards.
I was carrying it, not using it.
The bell shaped bezel was tucked under my arm pit to ensure it doesn't slide out. My forearm kept it balanced.
If I were using it for light I'd hold it different.
If I were running I'd carry it using kung fu grip, not arm pit.
If I wanted to strike with it I'd use an authorized strike tool, not a flashlight with a light bulb that may not light after striking an object.

This Waypoint dualie is coming soon. It looks to me like the handle is a very convenient way to carry a spotlight. The first time I saw it I liked it but I don't need another thrower so I also ordered some DC fix to diffuse the beam some. Don't know how that is going to work. Should work pretty good while riding the golf car at night.
edit: Another important feature is that it its yellow.

I need more info on that Surefire backup you got there. What's the head and tailcap?

Factory tailcap, it just has a Lumens Factory stainless shroud on it. Head is a KE1 with LH351d 4k led and a H17Fx driver, body is bored for 18350.

Christian Black from KTF did all the mods.

Thanks, this one along with a pieced together E1D with the same mods are my two most carried lights. I usually carry at least two lights daily and one of them is always on me.
I need to get back on the Surefire E series. Those are what I started with years ago

I wish Surefire would bring back their discontinued models with upgraded LEDs

After stating in my Intro thread that I am not a collector, I ordered a second light before I got my first… sigh…

couldn't decide between 2 Fenix lights, ordered the PD35 V3 but then said to h*ll with it and ordered the other.

So, TK16 V2 also inbound….. use this one when fishing, hunting and hiking….

Fenix PD35 V3

Well the above was received and I really like it. Also just received mid week, TK16 V2 and a PD36R. Happy with all 3. Replaced my wife's and my bedside table lights and bought the PD36R for personal carry when needed. Still sniffing around at the EC-P… been a done deal already if it had a pocket clip.

the PD36R (Big Bird is what my grandsquirts call me).

I recently had another mild case of the Malkoff flu. It resulted in a MDC1x123 body and VME on the way. The prognosis is complete recovery if I use an extra M361w laying around from a dotcpf group buy and fueled by an Elzetta RCR.

Got a brand new Zebralight SC600w HI with the XHP35 HI emitter arriving. I regretted ever selling my SC64w HIs. So finding this rare piece is great
