Inexpensive LED flashlights at e-Bay

I've see a bunch of relatively inexpensive (3-AAA) 12 and 21 LED 'torches' being sold on e-Bay. They're anywhere from 6.4 to 12 cms. long. I was wondering if anybody has any input or experience with them?
