I recently recieved one of these lights and the literature mentioned "water resistant".Now,I would never want to imply that the company was being dishonest,but my light took on water when it was splashed while washing my hands.The light came on,and I had to take the batteries out to get it to turn off.Upon furthur inspection,I can see daylight around the constant on switch-just like the Photon 2.I often take my Photon 3 in the tub and swimming,and I have never had any water get inside it.I really like the design of the Inova,and I will still carry it.But,I sure won't take it in the pool
