INOVA T4 charging question

Charging process sees fine - flashes red while charging and changes to solid green when fully charged. I remove flashlight from charging cradle and click the switch to turn it on and get ... nothing.
Possible failure of internal rechargable battery or failure of LED?
- replacing internal battery with a couple of cr123s will confirm battery not the problem. What then?

I have a T4. I believe INOVA went out of business. I tried to get a new battery for it but came to find out they are not being made anymore.

Thanks for the heads up. I checked it out and they no longer make the proprietary cell for the T4R I have. They have batteries for other lights just not mine. Hey it lasted a LONG time I have had this T4R for an easy 12 years. Not very bright but well made.

Sure does look like an 18650 with extra safety wrap.
