down to less than one tenth of a mA. At that point it looks so dim that it is hard to see if it is on or not.

Unless the HDS lights go lower than Novatacs and Ra's, there are actually quite a few lights that will go lower. I don't know about mA ratings but the lowest output lights I've seen so far are the Titan, T1A and my MillerMods Arc-P. They can all make my Ra's look bright on lowest setting, and the Titan/T1A is nothing short of amazing.Finally a light other than the HDS that has an actual LOW!!
