Yes, IR emitters are available. Yes, as long as you purchase a Rotary IR head, that head will work with all of your rotary bodies. Yes, it will be plug and play, rotary head with rotary bodies. The brains in the light are in the head.

I finally got a chance to try out new light. IR head works like a champ.

Just like with white light, it is very handy to be able to select the right amount of light even with NVGs.
