If you are looking for Seoul LED's, go to the dealers section of the CPF Market Place and look for PhotonFanatic. Fair prices on superior LED's.
When it comes to LED's for modding nice lights, remember; Cheap is expensive. If you use a cheap LED to save a few dollars, you won't be happy. Get the best LED that you can the first time around.

It doesn't look that way to me.
PF posts multiple sales threads, usually one for each product. I just got 5 Seoul USV0H stars yesterday.

Depends on what you mean with "best". I prefer someone that have short delivery times and that they fulfil what they promise, more over the cost as I mostly buy a few emitters at a time. So far I´ve had good experiences with Led Tech. Also had a nice experience ordering 50+ emitters from Luxeonstar.com.
