Is there something good that I missed?

I’m a fan of AA flashlights, the Fenix TK41, TK45 and LD41 being my current favorites, but I really haven’t been paying much attention recently and I’m wondering if there’s something I’m missing.

Basically I’d like to see something like the LD41 with the batteries arranged in a physical parallel rather than the LD41’s series/parallel.
Basically a 4 AA light with similar specs to the LD41, just stubby and fat.

Any suggestions? 14500s or non primary AAs need not apply.

Jetbeam SRA40; 4xAA in a stubby cylinder, 960 lumens, no 14500 support.

Thanks, I just checked it out.

The SRA40 is tempting and has the form factor I really want, but it only has 3 levels and after only 3 minutes drops from 960 to 240 lumens. The high mode barely exists and the other two are 240 and 20, quite a gap. The LD41 may “only” do 680 lumens, but it’ll stay at that level for 30 minutes before dropping to 240 and also has 85 and 10 lumen levels.

The hunt continues…

Well, I looked around, compared specs, features and prices and decided to get the Nitecore EA4. It had a good set of features, good runtimes and a great price.
