What model? MS18? Perhaps Imalent needs to sell an angle-adjustable magnetic flashlight mount for the situations where both headlights fail simultaneously.

Car headlights are not powerful enough to be able to see large objects before crashing into them, or when crashing into them.

Cell phone flashlights are not powerful enough to see large objects "in the grass just off the roadway".

Maybe Imalent can sell MS18 to high ranking law personnel in South Dakota to attach to their cars.
