Is this spotlight any good?

Just wanted to know if:

A: this is even an HID light..

and B: if its any good/or can be found for a better price under a different name..

I like the huge reflector and the HID combo but I dont wanna spend much over 150..

Are the Cosco HID's the ones that are famous for super-throw?

Looks like an HID Thor light, If it has a deep reflector it would be a very decent light. Price is not that bad either. Can you test it before you buy it?
