Is this voltage enough for 4x Seoul P4?

Hello,
I am going to build my DIY bike light made of 3x Seoul Z-LED P4 U-bin and I have bought Li-ion 14.8V 5200mAh battery for driving it.
But I realized that this voltage maybe could be enough for 4 LEDs, because there is written in it's datasheed that typical forward voltage is 3.25V.
I am going to use bFlex as a driver that should need 1.1V.
So it is 3.25x4+1.1V = 14.1V
Does it means that I can use 4 LEDs with this battery pack?

Thank you very much!

If your going to use a BFlex you should have gotten a 5 or 6 cell battery pack.

When depleted, your pack will be 3V/cell=12V total which won't be enough.
I susect you will be able to run regulated during some time, then fall unregulated as your batts will decharge.

OK, thank you, I thought the same you said...I will have to stay with my original plan with 3 LEDs :)
