I've decided on the next light

all options considered including the deerelight and the surefire ua2... I have decided to stick it out and wait for the UB2 to be released

Excellent choice but how long are you prepared to wait?

Most likely won't be until this spring or, who knows, maybe even early summer. Unlike the UA2, the UB2 doesn't even have an estimated price yet...

haha I don't have an e2d yet but the fenix is doing pretty good for it's price.

I know people say lumen ratings don't always mean everything but after looking around at similar sized lights I couldn't bring myself to spend more money on another light with less or similar power, sounds dumb I know but I'm still a flashaholic!

I do have a friend that is a surefire dealer he may be able to shed some light on what kind of timeframe were talking about (no pun intended)
