This is continuation from my sale post...
Long story short, i have mistakenly advertised flashlight for sale although it's the same manufacturer. The one i sold (Mateminco MT07 copper with heatsink upgrade) to this member is higher quality and more expensive than the one i said it was (Astrolux MF01mini).
At first he sent me a message i have wrongly addressed aux lights...(??). Well i thought since English is not my first language that maybe it is my fault but the thing is i did post a photo of it so everybody could see what are they...
After i have asked for a photo of received items and aux leds, he accused me i sold wrong flashlight...(??)
Now i got really confused cause 1lb of copper is hard to mix in the package.
I asked him again to send a photo of received items which he didn't comply but instead asked for a full refund.
He confirmed without any photo of the light that it's Mateminco and not Astrolux. Again it's the same manufacturer (Mateminco) and Astrolux is name used to be sold on Banggood.
I went back through my order history and all i could found is that i order it from BG, BUT they had a backorder so instead they (BG) send directly from manufacturer, Mateminco.
Since then i haven't checked the name and was convinced it was Astrolux.
After some weeks guy started sending emails that i sent lower quality and way cheaper light...(??????) This time i have asked for a link/info/official price details of both lights where he replied only as "i remember seeing it somewhere"....(seriously?) and he would be happy with 25$ refund for quality difference.
At first it was 110$ then 50$ and now 25$...
My last response in emails was "claim Paypal" just to end this agony.
I did further research asking well known modders and members here am i really wrong and sent advertised lower quality (driver) light instead of higher quality.
Response was in all cases that i mistakenly advertised (my fault) light but i sent higher quality one. Difference in quality comes also in $$. So Mateminco i sent cost 134$ where the same light but named Astrolux cost 92$...
I hope my logic is not wrong here but i think i messed up and lost money sending better stuff advertised as lower quality and cheaper.
Not to be rushed with conclusions i also sent Paypal staff email with everything described and with the links to both lights for price check. Lucky for me they replied i have nothing to be worried about cause buyer seems to be a scammer as they had a chance seeing it before (almost daily).
What's worse i've got several PM's here from other members who dealt with this guy saying they had the same problems and he even used the same "claim pattern".
Anyhow, i am still waiting for those links of both Astrolux and Mateminco models and their prices.
EDIT: Yes i did propose to send it back and a refund but chit chat was the only thing i've got so do the math
