I need some help deciding which light to buy. I'm well aware of the differences in the UI of these two lights (Fenix having more settings on the dial) the different Cree emitters general size/build and such but what I can't seem to find online is a direct comparison of the build quality of the control rings. I found a YouTube video of someone who had disassembled a TA21 and was lubing it and reassembling it and from what I can see it appears to be a mechanical rotary switch which I assume is more prone to wear and tear than a magnectic switching system. What I have not been able to confirm is if the JetBeam RRT2 Raptor (latest version) uses a mechanical switching dial (similar to the TA21 but with less detents) or a magnetic system like the Nitecore Smart Ring?
