Out of everything I got this month the Ra 170 is obviously the best thing I got but I was surprised that I liked the Tiablo A9 as much as I do and with aspherical it's insane. The H31 is what I expected a top notch headlamp. Another thing I'm surprised is how much I like the TA30, it's such a solid built light and on medium (60 lumens) it will run for 25hrs 🙂
The only thing left is to get the Infilux from the mailman tomorrow and hope it's everything I think it can be.

Cruised the Malkoff Devices website and found some goodies in stock.
2 Malkoff M61 modules
1 Malkoff 3-6D Mag drop-in (cool white XPG) for my 5D MagLite
A few days later I found some more goodies in stock.

So now I have a couple spare D26 modules, maybe I should buy an MD2 or MD3 so they don't go to waste?

July has been a bad month for my wallet...got a Lux V Surefire U2, a Milky modded E1E, and an MD3 with M61. And on the cheaper side of the spectrum, a Fenix E10 off of ebay.

looks like im done buying flashlights for now. none bought.
my edc light rotation is working. got extra options where to choose if i get bored or need something of different kind..
what i do see needing still..
a small 1-2 mode (low high) 1AAA light with tactical momentary button.
a foward clicky 18650. (to compliment my tk11.. something smaller maybe) or just buy a foward clicky to solarforce L2.
-we will see if the darker nights of autumn will bring my buy buy buy nerve back online 🙂

July has been my "illumination month", literally and figuratively. Before July, 2010, I had a very modest little collection of lights and didn't really care about anything except lumen rating. :sigh:
Toward the middle of the month, I began looking for a smaller replacement keychain light for my Fenix E01. In doing so, I inadvertently opened up a new-found fascination with small high-tech LED flashlights. I began researching all I could, and ended up reading dozens of threads here on CPF. So, in the last 2 weeks, I bought a Fenix LD15, a Nitecore D10 SP, and I joined CPF! 😉
