Just got my new fenix P3D-CE, I absolutely love it. It's super bright, and on turbo will illuminate the top of the hill beside my house and the garden across the road. (I found out what was eating my corn! Darn fox...). But i've been bitten by the bug...I want something brighter now....Maybe I should just loose this web address.

Welcome to CPF. Don't worry you are among friends here......got mine several days ago, and for the price its greaty IMO. Have fun and lock your credit cards!!

Same here ...
Got my P3D 2 days ago and since then looking for things to shine my light on - in broad daylight !

The horror...the horror...
:aaa:

Brighter? Try the Surefire M3T, M4, M6, or the more economical route, Mag mods, like the ROP and Mag85. For a really cheap fix, pick up a spotlight like the 30MCP Thor (sold at Costco for $30).

The P3D is pretty much at the limits of Cree output, I believe. There are some multi-Cree lights, I think Elektrolumens and MilkySpit makes a few.

I really like my P3D for longer run times you can use a 17670(Im using a unprotected Ultrafire because it fits). I think it's a great balance of throw and flood. If you want something that throws further you could try a Lumapower MRV.

Welcome to CPF. I bought a P3 (black) used it a week (loved it!) and immediately ordered a P2 (natural), L1D and a second P3 because my friend had to have one after seeing mine. Great light(s) I am sure you will be spending some money in the upcoming months.

Good luck

I think i'm going to pick up either a 2 or 3D mag and mod it with something...I've been reading about several mods and drop-ins, very hard to decide.. Guess I'll need several mag bodies:whistle::twothumbs
