All I see is a tree, a fence, or side of a house, and bird sounds..
Too fast a video,, and let's hear some narrative pointing out where the antenna is located?

Works great but the wind catches it and turns it and some days I just can't go outside . Just can't deal with the world on them days. I figure it's grounded thru pole but then again maybe it isn't

If you aren't sure if it's grounded you definitely need to find out. Go to your local utility (or just contact them) and ask if they have an old grounding Rod and some #4 copper weld

You need to run a grounding block to the pole ground from the antenna to be sure. Antenna can build up a ton of static electricity.

If you made it that far then you'd have no problem at all doing it. Quick google search will explain better than me. Your local utility will also have what I call a barbed wire connector. Little tiny copper ubolt looking mexhanism used to ground fences in substations and such.
