anyway, they were extremely patient and helpful.

i was going to do the maglite mod using the 808 bulb and 4-123's.

turns out that they cannot pot the 808 in their PR bases because the bases are only rated to 1amp, where the 808 is rated to 1.2amps.

i could get the 808 and pot it into one of their bases myself, or, find another higher-amp base.

any suggestions?
