Just tried the Lumens Factory HO-R5 in my R500 Scorpion

Very nice. Whiter than the stock G&P R500 bulb and seems to throw about 15% farther. Definitely worth the $$$ IMHO.

It sounds awesome. I just can't be convinced to carry around that big chinalight hunk of metal the WF-500 is, compared to a typical Sure-Fire compatible 2 X 18500 light.

I'm also a diehard SF fan but I like to try different lights.
I have the R5 on order & am looking forward to trying it.
So far the WF 500 is alot of light for the $'s.

Mine shipped a couple of days ago, really looking forward to trying it. So far the WF-500 has been a great purchase, especially because i had a ton of 18650's laying in the fridge doing nothing.
