k and m bin P7's led

can you buy these in the high forward voltage and what colour do these end up at cheers DocD

hi any one got any info ?
if the j bin is 3.5 to 3.75 volts can the higher voltage, any c or b bins would be great, any one got any info were to buy them like k,l,m,the higher voltage bins of 4.50 volts cheers DocD
