Well, I guess I can see it being dethroned by the tn32utvn, I just got mine and it's such an awesome light that exudes quality. The brass pill, super smooth threads, awesome reflector, what's not to like?

Yes I killed it for this reason. TN32UTvn is just flawless.

I have both and the K40 is just so much nicer to handle size wise. No more K40s for real?
