A 5mW green laser is putting out approx 3.4 lumens (683 lumens / radiated watt peak value for green); a red laser less since our eyes are less sensitive to red light. You would need to know the beam angle of the laser (or what fraction of a steradian it hit), which I've never seen specified. The figure will be enormous, but since the illuminated area is so tiny (a point at close ranges) and the divergence angle so low, knowing the cd value is kind of meaningless.
