Funny you mention them, as I just finished a capacity test on 4 of those 16650s about 10 minutes ago (which I intend to post the results of). I paid too much for mine, but for a distributor up North here who sells KeepPower, you might check illumn.c, as many recommend them. I've done 1-2 small orders with them for other things in the past, and they delivered nicely. Cheers!
Yes I know of illumin but can't see these sizes of batteries on there, maybe I should dig deeper on their website. I have very good experience with keeppower and have no reason to change, having said that, I am prepared to try others if highly recommended

I referred a friend to them earlier this year and everything went fine for them
Here's an update about the KeepPower 18500 2600mah. The continuous discharge current is only 2.6A, a little too low for some of my bulbs. The 2300mah version has a continuous discharge current of 4.6A, which is much more useful for me.
