I don't think such a creature exists, unless possibly a very obscure coin-cell model from way back in the day pumping out maybe 5 lumens. Can any of you torch guys point me towards something like the Nitecore Tip SE (hat clip/tail stand), but runs on a replaceable battery?
That's kinda what I thought. I'm not up on flashlight tech so I didn't know if there was a battery alternative to something like the Nitecore Tip SE.I don't think such a creature exists, unless possibly a very obscure coin-cell model from way back in the day pumping out maybe 5 lumens.
Ironically did a review of that very model weeks back on my main YouTube channel. Definitely too big for a keychain light.Pelican VB3 is an option, but it definitely falls in the "very obscure coin-cell model from way back in the day pumping out maybe 5 lumens" category.
With respect, that's far too big for a keychain light in the size comparison of a Nitecore TIP SE.Nitecore MT1A Pro. 800 lumens on usb-c rechargeable 14500, or can take regular AAs for lower output. Has a two way clip and tail stands.
Sorry, best I could think of for similar brightness, user replaceable battery, and usb-c charging. TIP SE weighs 0.92 ounces. MT1A Pro weighs 1.83 ounces with included li-ion battery. A Nitecore Tip 2 weighs 1.35 ounces, the Nitecore TUP weighs 1.87 ounces for comparison. The light isn't that heavy for a keychain. With respect, that's far too big for a keychain light in the size comparison of a Nitecore TIP SE.
No the weight isn't the problem, but the length absolutely is.Sorry, best I could think of for similar brightness, user replaceable battery, and usb-c charging. TIP SE weighs 0.92 ounces.
