KL2 Owners??

I see very little about this cool product here. I have one and it's a fantastic accessory for the SF M3.....I even talked a guy on another forum into buying one!
Comments? I'd sure like to know if I'm the only one who loves this thing. I know most of you have caught the "Luxeon Fever", but there's definitely something to be said for NINETEEN nice white Nichia's behind a tempered Pyrex window!

Who has a KL2??

I have a KL2 , however i occasionally used it on my M6. the light is white & bright. I was impressed by it. however heard around the forum the KL2 is not fully regulated, it's using a smart resistor

I really like mine also it gets used on my M6 with used batteries.

well, I have one and I like it quite a bit. it puts out an even white beam, a huge flood of pure white light.
however the runtime really isn't that attractive, only 30 minutes longer than the m3 lola, and who on CPF cares about the "moon mode" type of useful low light anyway?
so I quite like it but do not use it very often. of course I would buy it again, because I just HAVE to own the most perfect 19-LED light in existence ...

I too have read that it is not fully (digitally?) regulated, but I haven't run it long enough on a single set of batts to see what it will do as it runs down. I suspect it will be like my XT5, which stays white, but just keeps getting dimmer.
Since I got my UltraStinger, I can use the KL2 outside while grilling & stuff at night and still have a long-range torch close at hand ready to go. My next goal is an ARC LS premium. If that even comes close to equalling the KL2 I will be very pleased!

I have a KL2 on my M3 and am very happy with it as a general purpose light. I find the flood type beam useful around the house/garden.

If I want "serious" light I can always swap to my M6 or M2!

I have one and it's probably my favorite LED light for type of output. Broad flood beam and very bright.
And I will NOT be talked into dismantling my KL2 for you JB.
If you get somone to do it please post pics here.
