Klarus 21700 Battery Replacement

Would someone recommend a replacement 21700 battery for my xt21x? It is a 5000mah 15a battery which seems to be unique. Since 20-40a battery's are much more available could I run one of those (instead of 15a) without effecting the intended performance?

Just buy a 21700 cell from the big makers: LG, Sanyo, Samsung, Sony, or Panasonic.

I'm assuming it's the battery but not convinced. The light turns straight on to turbo and after approx 5 seconds steps down to low. When I plug the usb in it flashes green then flashes yellow continually.
Does this sound like a battery issue?
