4th of July night.
lock one to on, stick in a balloon, fill balloon with helium, stuff balloon in a 60 gal trash bag, repeat until I ran out of balloons.
release balloons all at once into the sky...
colored balloons diffused the light pretty well, an occasional wind gust blew them apart. Some popped almost immediately, I suspect they were "shot down" :lolsign:
I'd say maybe a quarter of a mile up before smoke covered their tracks
I never found a single fauxton over the grounds where the premature ones popped
