L4 runtime on Pila 168s batteries?

What kind of runtime can I expect out of pila 168s batteries in the L4?

45-60 minutes (depending on your Luxeon bin) of regulated (full brightness) runtime. After that about ½ hour of somewhat useful light, that could be used to bail you out of the woods.
