Can I gain anything by exchanging the lens of my L5 (pyrex) with something better if it exists. Does indeed a better lens for the L5 exist? I was thinking from this source or from http://www.flashlightlens.com/
The bezel ring on mine is not loctite'ed on so no problem getting the lens out.
