Hello,
I'm looking for someone to turn me a small copper part for a tailcap spring.
I've just built a flashlight around the Maglite C platform, and it uses an FM deep tailcap (2x18650 IMR).
The set-up pulls 7A peak, and the spring in the tailcap is overheating. I'm aware that you can just run some copper wire from the ends of the spring, but I'd like the battery facing side to look a bit more professional, hence the turning request. The part would slot inside the spring, and the copper cable would then connect to the base of the flashlight tailcap.
It's a small part, diagram below.
I'm in the UK, but that should not matter, as the part is small and could be sent letter mail.
