LBF 21700 or Keeppower 21700 for flashlight

I recently ordered an 21700 battery from LBF NOT BAD. LBF 21700 or Keeppower 21700. Which one is better?

A lot of their cells are LG. The low temperature rated cells are likely Molicel. Not sure about their newest highest capacity cells.
