led pill fitting

im trying to correctly fit a p60 pill into a flashlight which sounds simple enough,but there are some parts that it seems sometimes you use and sometimes you dont..is there any good 'how to' threads that you can put me onto, which hopefully explain all the methods to get it right.

Your best bet would be to post a photo of all the parts and photoshop numbers and arrows pointing to each bit so someone can explain what goes where. It's a bit hard to give an answer to the question without some more specific information.
