LED replacement bulb for Blackhawk Falcata 9-Volt

I have an ancient blackhawk falcata 9V (hey, it was top of the line in 2006!)

It has an interesting antishock spring mounted incan bulb, the spring is similar in shape to a SF P60 reflector, and fits around the back of the falcata reflector. Its a weird setup

Does anyone make a high output LED drop in?

I doubt it. That is one weird looking bulb.
