Led upgrade for rechargeable Maglite ?

Does anyone know if a Malkoff or a Terralux LED upgrade will work with a rechageable Maglite?

terralux has a special upgrade for magcharger.
it's the brightest of all the mag upgrades if i'm not mistaken.
maybe the extra voltage works well for max brightness.
