Legend 2D High/Low Beam Rechargeable Flashlights

Just saw this light on BRINKMANN website. http://www.brinkmanncorp.com/acb/showdetl.cfm?&DID=8&Product_ID=275&CATID=2

It uses 2 switches. The second one has low beam control. Does anyone know whether it uses resistor or some sort of device?

Well, I tried it again and it seems OK.

It it's still not working just go to their main web page and go for there.

I believe it's the new product.
