Li-ion battery analyzer

Did anyone use a Li-ion battery charger with capacitance measurement ?

I found this kit on the web and is there any other analyzer with affordable price available in this world?

This can measure Li-ion cell with capacitance from 1 to 9999 mA hour.

iv'e been using this one.:thumbsdow
But it's killing my batteries
well not so mucha more is the case that they seem to charge fine but then have so much resistance that they only light the led at such a low level that you can happily look at the light while on and a foot in front of my nose.

It could be my batteries but theres 2 of aw's 18650's dead

3 ultrafire 123 dead

1 ultrafire 18650 dead

But best of all now 1 charger

murdered by me yes me

as payback.
So now i'm litterally in the dark as the rest of mi bats are flat:mecry:
I want a better charger.

can anyone give me any pointers pros or cons?
