Fellas!
For the past three mornings I've had some 18650 cells along while working the flightlines and right now Austin (TX) is in full winter. We've had lows in the mid-teens! Anyway, if there was drop in compacity (average 4.2V, I=?) in these cells, I can't see it! These things survived some really bone chilling cold and my Solarforce fired up when called apon! Right now the brands I'm using are Tenergy, AW and Ultrafire. What more can I say, these things worked. But just in case, I had 8 XX-123 in the backpack...just in case.

I would expect the inside of the light to be a bit warmer...especially after running for a little while. And if you carry the light with you, it'll be warmed up too. ;)
