Is it normal for a li-ion rechargable pack to increase in voltage AFTER taking it off of the charger. My Palm PDA (I know - not a flashlight, but it is a battery question and li-ion rechargables should be pretty much the same, shouldn't they?) will show slightly under full voltage when I disconnect the charger, then rise over the next five to ten minutes to show a full charge. I don't know if this is a function of the battery monitoring software or the battery itself, and was wondering if anyone here could shed some light on the subject. TIA
