I'm interested in using LiFePO4 R123A 3.2V batteries. I will most likely buy AW or K2 Energy (from Surefire). My initial research has pointed me to the WF-138 R123 charger and the K2 Energy charger that Surefire sells. Does anyone have a recommendation as to which they'd choose?

At first glance, a major difference is that the WF-138 will also charge ICR and IMR 3.7V 123A batteries and the K2 will not. Also, the K2 has a 12Vdc input (in addition to the mains input) and a car charger. I can't tell if the WF-138 also has a 12Vdc input.

If the WF-138 can also charge ICR (4.20v), then it probably will overcharge IFR.
I simply chose K2/Surefire because it was an easy choice. I no longer use ICR batteries.
I'm still on the search for an IFR single battery charger.

Some chargers will charge both ICR/IMR and IFR. These chargers usually have a switch that allows you to switch between 3.2 and 3.7 volts. Not sure the charger in question has this feature.

I was also wondering which CR123A charger to get. The WF-138 CR123A charger has a switch that allows to select 3.0v or 3.6v. So it looks to me like this charger can charge both LiFePO4s and IMR16340s.

I use a Tenergy PH-123A-3.0 charger. 2 bays for just that one size. Have had it for several years, and use it to charge some Tenergy LiFePO4 cells for my Quark RGB. It works fine.

I like that aspect of the WF-138. But I also like that the K2 is sold by Surefire. I'd like to think they looked it over thoroughly before endorsing it.

Are there any reviews showing CC/CV curves? I looked but didn't see any.

I use Xtar MP2 for IMR 3.7V and LiFePO4 3.0V for months without problems. It has a switch to choose the voltage.
Same charger I use to charge my Orbtronic 3.0v RC2 batteries. I've used it for a few months without issue to feed my Aeons.
