Lightwave 2100\'s arrived......

Mine came in the other day. Nice lights, just about what we thought, thoroughly updated versions of the Lightwave 2000.

Brighter than the older 2000, must have the newer Nichia LED's. Other than that, same pushbutton off/on switch and rubber coating like the Lightwave 3000 and 4000.

All in all, nice little 4 LED all purpose lights that will be welcome in my light collection.

I agree. Since I gave my 2000 to a friend, I couldn't tell if the 2100 was brighter but it's definitely a better light with the switch and will definitely stand up to more abuse.

2100 owners, have any of you had any problems with this light?

I'm about to place an order for one but I want to make sure it doesn't have the blotchy output of a CPFers' Lightwave 4000 (or was it 3000).

No problems so far. I also have a 4000 and had a 2000 at one time and I've never had "blotchy output".
