So the "Twofish Cyclopblock" is about the only thing going that works for this? Does it get tight enough? I would think that it would be hard to get velcro tight enough around the bars to keep it from rotating every time you go over a bump.

The light is not going anywhere with the the Lock's velcro straps; the rubber prevents any slippage. The only thing you need to be careful with is to attach the light near it's center of mass. If you clamp it right on the tail (or the head), and the light is heavy, it'll (obviously) droop down.

Well, I just ordered a couple. We'll see how they work out. I'm not sure yet what lite to put in it though. I'd like to put in my TL-3, but I'd like something a lot more floody. Same through, just more flood. And in the same price range. I paid about $55 for mine. I may settle for something like a strion. I've never used one but I think it may work.
