Most of the hobby chargers, one of which is the Schulze line of chargers, have the ability to tell you discharge and charge capacities, as well as offering a wide variety of charging rates.
If you already have a charger, you can check out the CBA at www.westmountainradio.com . The CBA only discharges, but allows you to collect the discharge data to determine mid point voltage and cell performance at various discharge rates.
Thanks for the link, I think the CBA2 might be more useful to me.. I'm half way through my home, battery back-up/inverter install. Would be nice to test my SLA batteries as well. Humm... I'll have to think about this for a bit.
