Lithium Ion D cells and other LiIon flashlights

I stumbled across this 2 D cell Lithium Ion rechargeable circuit protection enabled battery pack. It's the first D cell sized LiIon with circuit protection I've seen:

This is interesting because of its D cell sized.

However other LiIon flashlights exist but use camcorder LiIon packs:

Mainly interesting due to the subzero temperature applications of these batteries ie. alaska

Now if they would only make AA, C more D AAA packs

That LiIon pack for the flashlight looks terrific. I would buy that separately for my mods or regular flashlights.

I am writing them even now to suggest that they offer the battery pack separately. However, it may be possible to find it offered by someone else?
