I cannot tell for sure what is needed to charge these... (batteryspace link).

1. Are they 100% prewired that i just connect -+ into smart charger and use 4p config to charge them? Or something else is needed?

2. If above is true, can I remove batteries from that cradle (easily & safely, without damage) and later on put back in place when I need to charge again?

3. Do all 4 have to charged at a time or can just 2 be put in and charged?

I am going to call them on tuesday but I was hoping someone could help me prior to that:)

Thanks!

1. I would use a charger that is capable of charging at 5A minimum (higher will be better, standard charging current per cell is 6.5A) - it will still take about 4 hours to charge the pack. Hobby chargers are about the only ones I know that are capable of doing this. Set the charger to single cell, 3.7V.

2. The batteries look like they are spot welded to the connecting strips. Don't think you can easily remove them.

3. Charge all 4 cells at the same time in parallel.

Yep looks like 4x 26650 simply spot welded together (you can't take them apart and simply back together again), and some rubber around it, for some more robustness. You can just plug the wires directly to a hobby charger and crank it to 6Amps. It should be charged for normal use under 3 hours. (you probably won't be discharging them to 0 capacity, and not topping them off to their full capacity).

that's a deal breaker for me as I was hoping to use it as a charging crade for individual sells :(
