"Local" Li-Ion batteries

I realize that many batteries you guys order comes from overseas. Are there any good "brands" that you can obtain locally here in the states? It's not that I don't want to order them (which I will do)..I just need some ASAP until the overseas stuff can come in.

I highly recommend Lighthound, and it just so happens that he's in Texas :thumbsup:

You can't find these cells in your Best Buys and other retail chains across the US. They have to be mail ordered, unless the merchant is withing driving distance.

I am in Texas also ( Dallas).

I have plenty of new & used Sony 2400 mah lithium cells.

Also some Sanyo 2400's.

Edit: I stand corrected, it appears Sanyo does manufacture AA LiIon cells. I never knew these existed.
