Seems like I'm having a lot of difficulty finding this now.

One of my favorite flashlights ever was the Surefire L1 Lumamax, I ended up giving that to a friend of mine and waited patiently for the LX1.... Which, didn't end up well.

Since the LX1 doesn't seem to be coming, is there any Lumamax like flashlights out there?

I'm looking for a daily use flashlight. Comparable to the L1 and E1B.
One battery (CR123 is fine, I can also do AA).
I want it small, smaller the better, but once again, L1/E1B size is perfect, I don't want it any larger than those.
90+ lumen range (preferably as bright as the E1B at 110 lumens).
Dual output.
Mil Spec type 3 hard annodized (I do like it to last).
Run time should be at least an hour on high.
Most importantly, I don't want a clicky switch. I want a momentary tailcap/twisty switch. The L1's switch is my favorite, but I don't seem to be able to find any that are like that.

Basically, an LX1 or a E1B without a clicky tail cap would be awesome.

Surefire doesn't even seem to sell non-clicky tail caps now. Any suggestions?

Your requirements are an excellent match for the SureFire L1. 😛

Seriously, I would suggest buying another L1 - the most recent generation (Gen6) used.
They will only get harder to find, and I agree that they are a nearly-perfect light.
