I'm working on designing a new bike light for myself and friends. I'd like to use a LiFePO4 battery pack and a P7 emitter. I'd prefer to be able to use a single large cell like http://www.batteryspace.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=4053
Most drivers are designed for LiIon batteries with a higher voltage than the LiFePO4 and/or LEDs that use 1000mA max.
Any suggestions? I know KD sells a driver for the P7, but it's a buck driver, and the low-voltage cutoff would be wrong for LiFePO4 batteries anyways.
Thanks for any suggestions
