Looking for multi turquoise LED light

I'm looking for something along the lines of a lightwave 2000, but with 4 or more turquoise LED's like the photons use.

Anyone know of something?

Try an LEDTronics "FlashLED".
This is an aluminum body light that uses either 3 or 6 LEDs, and comes in most of the visible LED colors.

The last time I tried one they had Cree blue-green LEDs in it and it wasn't that bright, but the LEDs are easily replaceable with Nichia NSPE510 or NSPE520 for blinding brightness.
