I have one ebike and im looking for incan bulb

the bike has one 48v battery in series with one 12v battery .... arround 70v in total the battery can give more than 30 amp

I have tested 3 x 250w 24v in series, where to buy reflectors for G6.35?

I prefer to use only one bulb 48-55v or 70-80v

I find some bulb 1200w 80v but the bulb are big and the price are a litle expansive

what other options you know in small and cheap bulbs 48-55v or 70-80v and 300-2000w?

I suspect you don't really want a 1000-2000W bulb on your eBike; it will consume more power than the motor [on average]. Typical eBike batteries, from my understanding, are less than 0.5KWH, which would power a 2000W bulb for about 15 minutes or less, making the bike very good at blinding someone for 15 minutes, and very bad at arriving at destinations with any light still working.

Stick to less than 100W, and drive it properly. Your experiment with 3x24V bulbs likely resulted in a very poor bulb efficiency, low color temp and low CRI, which has lead you to believe you need more watts than you actually do. You can probably get a more useful illumination from less than 100W if properly implemented.

Eric
